Clinical consulting for therapists and agencies, supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, and speaking on mental health, trauma, and nervous system work — in person and on air.
For therapists, teams, and agencies navigating complex clinical terrain.
For pre-licensed clinicians working toward LMFT licensure in California.
Monthly live events, podcast appearances, and community education.
Sometimes you don't need more information. You need to talk to someone who's been in the room — who has worked with the populations, navigated the complexity, and can think alongside you about what to do next.
01 · Consulting
I offer consulting to individual clinicians, agency teams, and organizations working in areas where I have deep clinical expertise — trauma, EMDR, relational and developmental trauma, parent-child dynamics, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
One call to think through a case. A series of sessions for a team. A training or curriculum for an agency. Flexible by design because the need is usually specific.
Stuck cases, atypical responses, complex trauma. EMDRIA-certified consultation for therapists at any stage of EMDR practice.
Attachment wounds, early relational patterns, and how they show up in the therapeutic relationship.
Triangulation, family dynamics, and thinking through the full relational system rather than just the identified patient.
Trauma-informed trainings, team consultation, and structured programs for clinical teams and organizations.
Designed and developed a comprehensive 26-week clinical training curriculum for a Daytime Intensive treatment program serving children ages 3–6. A full program, built from the ground up.
02 · Supervision
I offer contract supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward LMFT licensure in California. Currently supervising at All for Kids and Southern California Counseling Center.
What I'm looking for in a supervisee is someone who actually wants to think — who brings curiosity to their cases and is willing to look at themselves, not just the techniques they're applying. That's where real growth happens.
Not just what to do — how to understand what's happening. Depth, not just intervention planning.
Learning to use your reactions rather than suppress them — one of the most valuable clinical skills you'll develop.
Depth in trauma presentations, EMDR principles, and how to hold trauma-impacted clients without burning out.
Honest, respectful feedback delivered without sugarcoating — because that's what actually helps you grow.
Based on current caseload and availability.
Approved to supervise LMFT associates in California.
Contract supervisees taken selectively.
I'm currently supervising through All for Kids and Southern California Counseling Center. Contract spots outside those settings are limited. The best way to find out if there's availability — and whether we'd be a good fit — is to reach out directly.
03 · Speaking
Mental health literacy shouldn't live only in a therapy office. I speak at live events and appear on podcasts to bring evidence-based thinking about trauma, nervous system regulation, and emotional health to broader audiences — with the same directness you'd find in a session with me.
A monthly community event focused on nervous system regulation, mental health, and the science of how we actually change. Held at Juneshine — real conversation, no clinical sterility, no stacked rocks.
Once a month · Los AngelesGuest appearances on podcasts discussing trauma, EMDR, therapy culture, and what it actually means to change — with honesty about what works and what doesn't.
Listen to my episodes →I'm not coming in as a generalist who can talk about trauma in the abstract. I've spent over 12 years in the room — with kids, teens, adults, parents, and complex systems — and have built programs from the ground up for county-level agencies.
Whether it's a stuck EMDR case, a supervisee figuring out their clinical identity, or an audience trying to understand their own nervous system — the conversation tends to get practical quickly. What's happening, what's it about, and what do you do now.
"The clinicians who become genuinely skilled are the ones who stay curious about themselves — not just their clients." — Alyssa Davis, LMFT
Tell me what you're working with. A brief conversation will clarify quickly whether what I offer is what you need.
